Inverclyde Letting Agency offers a personal property management service for landlords with an attention to detail, only possible through limiting our client numbers to a manageable level.
Ali Hatrick has been involved in leasing property for over 30 years and in training other agents throughout Scotland.
Our agency was one of the first letting agencies in Scotland to be approved to carry out letting business under the Scottish Government Agency Registration Scheme and our expertise in understanding and interpreting the legislation and regulations helps our landlords stay compliant.
Inverclyde Letting Agency is also a member firm of the RICS with Client money protection in place for your peace of mind.
Whilst some agencies believe listing more property is the most important thing, we believe getting things right is more important, and spend time ensuring our landlords can relax knowing everything has been taken care of.
